Theres a device called a thermostatic controlled outlet that is basically exactly what its titled. It works like a thermostat for your furnace and you set it for whatever temp you desire (lets say 7

You plug your exhaust fan into the outlet on the controller and it only turns on when it reaches 78* in your tent, then cools the tent and turns off once it is 1-2* below your set temp and wont come back on til you hit 78* in your tent again. Saves you from needing to get a speed controller for your fan, its digital so it never forgets, and you can get very accurate and controlled room temps with ease, plus you save some $ by not running your fan 24/7. You can also use it for heating too by the flip of a switch. Pretty handy device for $35.
