I Wanna Try

so ive been struck by this whole pc grow bug. but the problem is pretty much all i see and read are just cfl of led. i wanna rig a security hps (i think their 70w) in a diy cool tube. but im not sure the computer fans will be able to keep it cool. its still in plan mode for now but ill build it in a monthish. how about some feed back

Its important to remember space and air flow play a great part in PC case cooling. a 120mm fan can move anywhere from 60-80 CFM's so 3-4 120mm fans should work depending on how big or small the case is. I was going to do a HPS in mine but just figured for ease of use I would just stick the the CFL's. A Few days into my first pc grow and its fun, sparks a creative interest, and is a good way for a begging grower to see how a plant is affected etc before moving onto bigger grows. IMO

true story. what about 4 120s in a stack pulling exhaust you think that mite work?
