I want a doctors opinion

im about 3 weeks into veg and then I get this on the cola leaves among other leaves can anyone tell me what's wron I did transplant and then it happened I'm using soilless medium pro mix bx with nutes every two weeks when transplanted a bit of root damage occurred but not much it literally almost died though and this is what I'm left with and oh 400 wat mh bulb temp stays between 70 and 76 help!!! Oh and the strain is borderliner xtrm

Newts is dynagro ph stays at around 6.7 to 6.5 air ventilation is great also temp near the top of plant is 77.3 F

looks like nute splash(when watering its splashing up on the leaves) and nute burn back of the nutes a bit
