i second this. i believe CFL's are great for Veg, but cant touch an HPS for flowering......

this looks like it has some potential tho.... we shal see what the outcome is.

i should get mashed at this time lol....... day 4 since put to potting compost, thought i would start off with a 600ml gw pot noodle pot (thoroughly cleaned) to giv her a decent start with a good root system with her hopefully being a loverly momma. only got 1 of the 160s above her, she seems to be likeing it but time will reveal all......... spot the diff pic soon

ok day 5 with pic updates...... all goin well with nice temps and new leaves.......

....................dropped cfl down to 8 inch's ( as suggested ) and doesnt look like much stretch...........

............compost i used will keep her good for another week and then it feeding i fink....

try and get a fan in there to drop the temps down to 26 C. the 28-32 range slows growth and after 32 C they can stop all together.

24-26 C will give the fastest overall development. a fan will also strengthen that stem.

took a 6inch desktop apart and hoisted the main fan for cooling..... il add intake/outtake for proper circulation later on

day 6..... with pics.............



with temps dropped from 29 to 26 .........



ive seen growth improvement........



i couldnt get her straighter if i had a ruler lol.....



and check out the 3s......... temps wer dropped by adding the 6',and please note the water im useing is natural ph 6.4 at source and the lables true to test lol
