Hello everyone, this is my first post so go easy on me.
I have been reading other posts for awhile but I cant seem to find an answer for my question.

I want to grow a small amount in my garage or a closet somewhere. I dont need much, just a few bowls every now and then.

I have never been able to grow anythign with any luck. Stores tell me they are selling me the easiest plants to possibly grow and I manage to make them look like sh!t in no time.

I was looking at the aerogarden or something similar, is this a good idea for someone like me? I really dont have much of a budget so anything fancy is not good. it also has to be pretty discreet too, my wife will kill me if she knew I was growing. But I have my own shop that she kinda gives me room to be so I think I can make sometyhing work.

Soil, water, nutrients.

Take your clones put them directly into flower (turn the timer to 12 hours on, 12 hours off)... Water them, then feed, then water, then feed.

Only water/feed when the pots are dry.

It helps greatly when your the pH of your water/feed is measured correctly.

You can do this... trust me... It's very simple.

First things first bro. by the way welcome to RIU I'm new here as well.BEFORE....YOU....DO...ANYTHING!!! Sit the wifey down and have a little heart to heart. If she knows you smoke a little she should allow a plant or two that's all your gonna need. If she ain't with it don't loose ya wife over a little bud bro. But if yu sit her down and you guys discuss the pos and cons of the PLANT she should find that a small corner of the shop could add a little "SPICE" to ya life.

Sounds to me like you married the wrong girl. If I ever had to hide anything from my wife, she wouldn't be my wife.

Thanks for the replys everyone.
A friend grows a little outdoors and has some strains he says have almost no smell but great buzz. I dont know if ourdoor strains work under lights or not but Im going to try it once I get my setup.

About marrying the wrong girl.....smokin bud is one of those things I had to seriously consider before I proposed a few years ago. She knows I smoke, but she is not happy about it and prefers to just not know. She definitely does not want it in or around our house though, no way a civilized conversation could come out of that chat. Besides, there is more important things we disagree on. Plus a good womans love is much better than any weed fo sho. 10 years ago weed was one of my top priorities, but I just cant smoke like I used to, even before I met her I had to slow down to function properly. As much as I love smoking, it just ruins any chance I have of being normal for a few hours. Didnt used to be that way, but I guess my body changed as I got older. Anyways enough about personal issues, lets grow some shnizzle!

I feel yah on that bro. My wife doesnt smoke but she knows that I do and am starting a grow. A close friend of mine just received her card for MMJ and I want to become her Care Giver. Good luck man...
