It's very MJ friendly, French and English spoken
Great colleges and universities (and cheap )
Architecturaly rich (I know that doesn't exist hehe)
and the night life is comparable to Vegas
very easy to find dank and people don't mind you smoking joints, just not in front of kids.
and don't get me started on the women here...

yeah, England isn't a nice place to visit let alone a great place to live.

i've traveled a lot of places and i still don't think there is a better place to live in the world, all things considered. although, St. Maarten is a nice place.

like someone said, this is a huge country, there is definitely a place in it for you if you do some searching.
