I wanted some input on Swims 1st grow. It's 4 days from sprout. Healthy?

How does this look for 4 days? Too much stretch? Can Swim train the plant with LST or is t too young?

Purple Kush - under 2x cfl6500 42w and 2x cfl 2700 42w

29 degrees Celsius. 45%humidity. 24 hr light.

Solo cup stealth grow.

I would think it looks good for 4 days. LST I would wait until it gets the 4th or 5th node. Right now is just too early. How far are the bulbs from the plant. No use in stressing the plant this early. It needs to get some roots.
Now it looks like you misted the leaves. I wouldn't try that unless you are having a dark period, which you aren't doing that. Don't OVER WATER your your plant. It will tell you when it needs water. Another thing about water, don't add any nutrients for a couple of weeks. It will pull food from the soil.
Read, read, and read some more on the forum here. Make notes of what you do. Make yourself reminders, when you get blazed up so you don't do something that you will regret later.
Remember this is just a weed, but it sure is fun to reap the rewards.
 
Thanks Maxed out. Yes the room was misted and the sprout received some. Will avoid. CFL are about 4 inches. As close as I can get without light burn. Temp is ok. Again thank you, you answered my question exactly. :)

About the actual grow..

Pickpocket (lol), you could lift your lights @ about 6 inches from your lady and actually mist water on her.
If you have the space for her to stretch, you could do it.

I assume this isn't your final pot?

Just let her be under 1 6500K and 1 2700K for now, until 7 days more. She doesn't need (and can't use) all this extra light for now.
Save yourself 2$ from your electricity bill. :shock:
