That I have no idea about. It's unknowable unless you can go back in time and do baseline measurements before mass migration occurred, take another baseline reading when we starting traveling by boat to other regions, then do another one now to get an accurate reading. Also, the tests would have built in bias because soft sciences rely on subjective reasoning of objective findings. You will get different results from different people judging the same measurements.

My stance has always been that it's possible people from different regions could have developed different cognitive powers, yours has always been that it's not possible. I said you wouldn't have a problem if I said that. I also said I don't put stock in IQ tests because the soft sciences are subjective so it's unknowable. You tend to leave that part out.
