I was defrauded by the Single seed center

I received my credit card the 15 August and during my first purchase at single seed center, something went wrong and I had to redo the order maybe 3 or 4 times and then my credit card was charged for 965 Gbp, while I spent only around 65 euros converted, with them. so I filed with my bank and I wanted to warm people about this website?

I agree with this.

Have you contacted the business? You state you had to redo the order. Why would you do it so many times without checking your CC balance to see if it had been charged?

Odd that you just created this account and your first and only post is to accuse a business of fraud.

Depending on the bank, CC payments may not appear on the account immediately.

In all honesty, I think the screw up may have been at his end and when he gets his seeds he'll find that there's a hell of a lot of seeds on the way as each retry will have gone through as an individual order.

A quick conversion tells me that we're looking at 16 orders IF the figures are right, and given he says that he just got the card then I'm pretty sure the card company/bank would have had someone on the phone asking about such an unusual pattern of payments. So something smells here, nothing is adding up at all unless he's managed to order up a shitload of multipacks instead of individual seeds

I just got yet another order from The Single Seed Centre delivered 2 days ago. It took about 10 days to come to East Coast U.S.

In fact I've had an issue with them on one order and they took care of it at their own expense and at an added cost to them, that's how far they went out of their way to keep this customer happy

I've used a credit card on every purchase, I've bought from them several times and I will continue to use them as my main Seedbank for Pick and mix.

I'm not saying something didn't go wrong with your order, and I hope you get it straightened out, I'm just saying what my experience has been with SSC

Its been about 8 months but i had good luck with tssc on multiple orders.

They replaced a cracked seed no problem.

That said, im just gonna go with US banks from now on. Why even chance customs if in the states
