ICE pics..............is it ready??

here are a few pics of my outdoor grow (England)








i have bought a pocket microscope and seen what looks like drops of water, i assume these are the clear trichs. when is the best time to harvest for personal use? i have given plants a final feed today so i can start flushing now.
each plant is about 8 foot in height and 15/20 colas per plant. i read that my plant can produce up to 15 oz yield and wondered how true this can be...

i havent had the pleasure of doing outdoor yet considering where i currently live, but with my current grow(indoor) i check on the tric with a magnifier i got from radio shack thats what i was told to determine when to harvest. GL

not sure if i should dry a bit and try it:?

Not worth anything till the trichomes are cloudy. clear THC is wasted THC. if you cut a bit off when it's cloudy it should give you a really nice head high.

thanks for that, patience is a virtue i have missing :mrgreen:

i expect the plants will get loads more crystals before they are ready. in a pic i saw the plant looked almost white!.
the colas are around a foot long on mine. i noticed that my hands got sticky today while i was inspecting it :blsmoke:

2 or 3 more weeks and the trics should start changing to cloudy and amber.then you good to harvest!! IMO :)

i thought i had given them their last feed today, so have i got more time to pump the buds up with a good feed before i need to wash them out?


i will never get a sativa again, height has been an issue but i managed to 'bend' a few plants a while back to keep them low..at least i will have the fruits of my labour:mrgreen:

i have had 9oz from one that i had to cut down from bud rot. this was the weight after 4 days hanging. i was gobsmacked at how much i ended up with :D

the smoke was something else. i felt like my eyes weighed a ton each, i also flew a bit too, banging stuff :blsmoke:

Definitely do that! What I think you need to learn is what you want. You can ask all day and people will tell you what they want. Check out https://www.rollitup.org/view.php?pg=faq&cmd=category&id=59. The trich evaluation is still an estimation. So pop off a bud and sample. If you like it harvest some of the plant so you can try the rest after it's ripened a bit more. This way you will gain personal experience and not just take the word of somebody else. :hump:

i smoked a bud with clear trichs and it blew my head off lol :D

btw i meant 7oz not 9. was still impressed :blsmoke:
