I'm not sure if you are trolling me here, I literally covered this in the second paraph of the post you quoted or did you want more from me than rhetorical questions?

I probably skipped it but in the end does it mater if it ends in the waste water filters or on a dump somewhere over time it would get to the sea.
Best way to control waste is to give your plants adequate levels of nutes in hydro you can calculate ppms and not waste any nutes. If you beleve in the flush at the end of grow the nute solution would have less nutes than your piss you flush down the toilet
