I don't think anyone can identify em just from that pic. Don't eat random mushrooms... just grow your own!

The toy cement truck in the background is pretty cool though

I say this over and over again, most musrhooms canNOT be identified through pictures alone. There is loads of information one needs to properly id a musrhoom, only a part of it can be done through looking at an isolated mushroom. Regardless, that is not a mushroom that will provide you with any entertainment.

Most field guides will tell you to look at the spore print and the stalk. Blue on the stalk purple/black spore print... Psilocybe cubensis is not dangerous, confusing them with death caps is the most dangerous part of the game. I hear that you would have to eat your body weight in cubies to do any harm... Find a spore vendor! I did about a month of research and did fairly well my 1st time... now I get an oz or two everyday from 8 mono tubs! This is my 3rd run over a year.

The start up cost for cubies is not that bad. If you already have a pressure cooker it will be cheap... I think they are way more economical than pot in almost every way. They take less electric, space, time, and money...
I was about to order 4 packs of seeds from Serious seeds at $100+ a pack... I could grow pounds of cubies for less than the price of the seeds. TheHawksEye spores will sell me 4 syringes for $50 shipped... That is more spores than I can handle. Almost a week to prepare and inoculate the jars... One pressure cooker load at a time x 4.
BTW: I really doubt you have a cubie there. please dont eat it
