No, I'm against the idea of making a punishable list of behaviors which I don't approve of to forcibly make other consenting people behave as I would like them to. I like to mind my own business. You should try it sometime.

I think people who are capable of providing consent to something are capable of consenting to something, my intervening in THAT assumes that I have rights which I don't.

So do you have any right to prevent consenting persons from doing things you don't approve of ?

You define a consenting person as a child of 13. So again you are stating that adults should be able to legally fuck children.

Actually I define a consenting person as a person capable of providing consent and that does consent. Most times the younger a person is, the less likely they are capable.

If the ability to consent were magically achieved by everyone at the exact same age your argument might go better.

As an aside I wouldn't like it if you banged your 13 year old paper boy either. However if he's capable of providing consent to your advances, that's between the two of you.

I'm not in favor of many things, for instance I really didn't like that style when young guys would wear their pants hanging off their ass. If you liked that, was it because you liked to look at their asses or because you felt a stirring in your groin area when you did look ?
