If everything you needed was provided for you...

How did you accomplish that lol?
I need food, water, and it can be argued i need shelter, anything more is a want, not a need. These are all provided by nature free of charge. We are talking needs, not wants, a human needs nothing more to live than food and water and the abilty to protect himself from the elements, which in the UK, are fairly insignificant.

Silly me, ir forget, this is the day and age here an iphone is a need, not a want, how stupid of me.

Not a trick answer at all. Just pointing out how out of touch with reality the modern world is. Most people don't have the first understanding of what a need is. Hell, most people seem to have troble understanding what is meant by a need or requirement, let alone what they need in their own life.

I guess if you wanted to get technical, still don't see how you're eating for free when you're on the net tho lol.

Nothing is truly free in this world unless you like live in the bush, so people should want the best life possible.

Um, as i stated, i live my life so i can have things i want, not need. I need food and water and a means of staying warm when it is cold. My internet connection is a want, not a need. I live my life so i can have the wants. All we need is food and water and a means of staying warm in the cold, when it comes to needs, we are no different to any other animal alive.

I thought this thread was about having what we need, seems i must have misunderstood something somewhere.

I am however, utterly confused by how you somehow correlate having internet access to having food... I can catch a fish or pick a mushroom for free, what has that got to do with an internet connection?

Did you guys know those astronauts were still alive after the breakup of the shuttle, NASA reported 3 of them turned on their oxygen after the explosion - which means they were killed slamming into the ocean having essentially skydived from 80,000 feet?
I, along with most people, would have a heart attack before hitting. Either way, at that height water is liken to pavement.

That would have been quite the ride if they were conscious..

120mph - terminal velocity

15 miles up

What is that, 7 and a half minutes of freefall?

That's all I can think of when I watch the footage..

Two minutes forty-five as per Wikipedia. The Shuttle's crew cabin had a higher terminal velocity than a human body in free fall. Estimated speed of impact with the water was 207mph. Lights out. cn
