if my water is hard how will it afect my seedlings?

A friend of mine uses well water which is hard. He has a plant that he started flowering at 18" and now it's 5' tall. The thing just keeps growing. He thought it would just be about 3' tall.

I have just seen some advise given by progeater, the dude has N dif and progeater has suggested digging a hole and cracking an egg into the soil. Apparently
it done his plants the world of good, lol.

And most of his treads are going on about using eggs and flour as nutes.

Anyway, he is what he makes himself look, a complete fool!

wtf? seriously, whats up with people thinking eggs and soda are bullshit? they seriously work as organic nutrients for your plants. eggs are great in nitrogen and soda has phosphoric acid, which converts into a lot of phosphorus
edit: and youre stupid if you couldnt see that i was fucking with you about hard water.

I have heard of the egg thing. I've also heard of using soda. I don't like my grow room to stink so I use neither of these things.
