I would say so, it clearly looks like frost and you can tell it was grown outside from the background. Frost is my final answer.

frost is the culprit no doubt..
anone whohas ever been outside in the winter in mid to northern areas can tell ya... thats frost..

i would have to say this sounds about right i can not beleave that a plant would have that much crystal without any budz on it, not one hair? this is either a fake or a fungus of some kind, of all my years of growing and veiwing buds and bud porn i have never seen nothing like that
