It presupposes that ALL people mature mentally and physically at the same rate. It also applies an arbitrary legal standard to a potentially complex issue.

I am not comfortable having a conversation with you though as I don't see you as an honest debater and don't think the intellectual pursuit / exchange is your end goal.

No. I think l'm not interested in what you just mentioned, it's another example of your asininity.

The reason they are arbitrary was already covered by god1 in a previous post in this thread. The laws vary from state to state, that's what makes them arbitrary.

I'm not interested in your trying to put words in my mouth though. So, I'll repeat I think logically only things people are capable of consenting to can be consensual.

Tough question. First, I'd say before any real crime can be determined to have happened, I'd say there must have been a real victim created.

So, if a nut job 17 year old kid went to Wendy's and projectile shat with enough force to crack the tile floor, I'd say the 17 year old kid would owe restitution to the Wendy's owner just the same as if a 30 something (wild ass guess) internet troll on a Pot website with the most posts on said pot website did it.

In short the way to "correct" somebody is first to have the person victimized, made whole again, by the crime perpetrator, if that is possible.
