I was in Costo the other day and saw these lights and since I've been reading from lots of you about white led's I was wondering :?:how these would do for flowering?:?:

hey I've read on here quite alot about strong deep red like 660 at flowering and some blue still learning my self, something like 4-6 T-5's strong white for veg
 
probably a blue led with a yellow phosphor coat, in which case bad.

It could be a modern warm white though in which case it might be good.

Its only 7 watts so i wouldnt want to pay more than i dunno 10-15 dolla for it.

It's 12 bux but I think I saw something about it being 8 with mail in re-bate
 
Ok I put a order direct from cidly for 3 Apollo 8. I have a grow tent 2x4x6. About how many plants could I fit all autos I have
 
^^^ with 3 Apollo 8's you should be able to cover a 6x4. One of those should cover your 2x4 tent. I have never done autos so can't say for sure. But it depend on plant size and method.

If I use all three will that increase my yield dense buds
 
So I have two tents that I use, one being a diy 4'4"x4'x6' and the other just being an eBay tent at 2x4x6. I want to just use the smaller tent for leds and use my two 600's in the other.

I keep seeing others with the same dimension tent and they are recommended the Apollo 8. I was thinking of getting the Apollo 10 just as an extra boost over the 8.

I usually grow single cola SOG at about 12"-18". So I think the penetration should be fine right?

Could I get away with just using the 8 model, would the 10 model be better, or even two of the 6's

Go with two apollo 6 and do waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better on yields......even two apollo 4 will be a better option for you if one fails/canopy adjustment/spread/etc....good luck
 
Im thinking of buying the VIPAR A300 which is on sale for 299£ atm.
It's very affordable in my opinion and www.viparled.com just seems like a legit company.

Anyone have any experience with them?

you have to contact/email them.......haggle for better pricing and Paypal use!

Check out Bysen led "Helios"series for the same thing with a different shell and way cheaper..

Alex/curly/franjan have all had great results with them.......their coming out with new/updated panels soon hence the pricing of the current models.
 
Anyone know of links to lumigrow pro 325 or 650 journals? I'm seriously thinking about getting the 325 to go with my apaches
 
Ok I contacted Bysen for Helios and they told me it only comes in this ratio 660:470:640:440:460:630=6:2:2:2:1:7 and if I want custom spectrum it's 20% more is that good or should I do custom cus I dnt wanna spend
