If you could start all over with 30 plant limit

i have a chance to do everything over again starting with a 30 plant limit where should i begin? soil or hydro?grow room or grow tents? what strains? hid or led? i already own a 400 and a 1000 watt system and an 8 by 10 room and two grow tents large and small what should i do thanks and +rep to everybody

i would do hydro or hempy buckets with a 600w mh and 2 1000w hps an 8 x 10 room is good to bud in with both 1000 wattters and a 6x8 or 8x8 to veg with the 600w. .big bud or anything mixed with big bud gets you a lot of weight per plant.but i'd like to smoke white rhino mixed with bigbud .
