The funny part is that MOST feel STUCK.
Truth is that everyone, legal or not, who can prove they are sick, has the same legs to stand on as any MMAR person, injunction or not.

10000% agree the court does not care when you got your illness just the fact that you can prove you have an illness ex doctors reports hospitalizaton records prescriptions you have tried etc

love to...where? i don't have the space and where i live, I wouldn't be allowed as they do yearly inspections.
if they tried to evict, i could fight it but there's lawyer fees or if i defend myself...a LOT of work investigating and researching my case. i could use a Turmel kit but i would still have to know laws and so forth when i go in front of a judge.
with the pink paper, the cops might NOT take everything but without one, they absolutely would take it all...and maybe even my vibrator if i had one..but I'm a guy so I don't need one
If I was sick. I'd find a way. Outdoors growing works. Friends. Other patients even.
I'm just saying that one way or another ....growing is far cheaper and easier than asking an LP to fill that bill.

Autos can be done in 10 to 12 weeks from sprout which can hold you over until Sept, Oct when your other crop comes in... Friends can grow as well.

Anyone thought of a business model that rents out space to wanna be growers? You could setup a large space with a bunch of closets and operate like a brew your own beer/storage rental place. Offer different levels of support & equipment. Offer education and community. 30 individual gardens in one retail location. Seems like it would make more $$ than these silly Vape Lounges that keep popping up......

lol um yes...you seem like a good guy gb but completely out to lunch on this issue. What do you think all this court battle stuff is about? People want to be able to grow legally and not have to worry about going to jail, losing their property and etc.
A deal just like this with people will and does get set up every day..

that's a thought i had a while back. have each room secured so no one else can get at it & away you "grow"
i would love to rent a place there...problem is you could only have 4 lic's per address....so you'd have to figure a way to have a few addresses at the same building...like 123 then 123 A then 123 B...

Unless the group of participating patients owned the building the rent or lease would cost to much. So each patient would have to pay huge each month.
It would be an awesome business and im sure it would be quite fun to use.
Could put in a grow shop and a small cafe and socialize too.
Just thought of this but an old storage business would be perfect.

WTf are you talking about? I AM LEGAL!!! Even showed my garden and pinks to the police and guess what? No jail, no court. People covered under the injunction are legal, are you not aware of that or something? Being legal means alot more than nothing i assure you. Hard to believe that you're that out of it gb, jesus.

No none of those things will happen gb because I'm legal, not sure why you have such a hard time understanding how that works. If I was going to be "shit outta luck" and etc that obviously would of happened already when I showed the cops my grow last summer. It also didn't happen to my buddy when he got pulled over by RCMP and showed him his meds and pinks. He was sent on his way, no issues, still has meds, still has lights and still has plants.
When the change of address comes through and I move my grow to a smaller town out of the city here I will be informing the RCMP myself about it(just like I informed the police here). I don't think I'm above the law because I'm not breaking the law. I'm done arguing with you, you're so far out to lunch on this I can see their's no correcting you. For some reason you have your own concepts on how things work on this situation, unfortunately made up and not real ones though.

I agree with you raider, right up until you said your going to call the cops just to let them know your going to be setting up. Not sure why you feel the need to do that, fuck the police, as they say. If they come knocking, well thats another issue and at that point, ya I'd give them a tour. Otherwise it's none of their busisness, and I'd be wiling to bet it's just going to bring you more issues.
