if you harvest VERY late....

You cannot judge maturity (peak harvesting period) by the pistils (what you call hairs).
Giving large doses of _any_ nutrient solution / part will not speed up anything. It'll bring you nutrient solution in imbalance and that'll harm your plants.

You want to check the trichomes, get as close to 100% milky trichomes as possible, for peak THC realization.
You should also check for receding pistils and swollen calyxes.
You're gonna want some clear when you're harvesting, "cloudy" trics have a habit of turning amber after you harvest cos they continue developing. Just cos you chop it down doesn't mean its dead.

A lil confused cause the old red pistils have receded but of course not the new white ones. Yeah i also know i need a scope but the holidays got me strapped up ....but calyxes are swollen.....i think, they look like there about to push out seeds, which has a bit paraniod chcking for any signs of herming.

A scope is the only way to be sure... Otherwise it is a crapshoot

Giving bloom nutes does not make it "finish faster". You need to check the trics amongst other things to know it is "ready"
ya lesson learned about the bloom nutes....after it happened i was like of course it would just cause massive new growth...ugh do you think i will be able to see trichs with digital camera?

Wouldn't say crapshoot. You might be a +/- week off, at the most, without using a microscope. Of course it's better to use one, but isn't really essential.

Someone who knows what they are doing might be a week off, the op is a newb and had some red hairs receding and lots of new white pistols... For him it would be a crapshoot. After a couple of grows maybe not.
