eat it. you get the maximum effect. Also, i'm sure i read that when you ingest it, the body breaks it down in a certain way, and you get an effect from the thc you dont aquire through smoking it. its stronger, and a different high.
When you ingest THC your liver breaks it down differently from smoking.
1. People often can't tell if they ingested too much or too little by eating it. This can more than often cause people to ingest too much.
2. As I was talking about your liver breaking cannabinoids differently, there are more CBD from oral administration that can cause paranoia or negative effects (depends on the person).
3. The threshold of ingesting cannabis is much much higher than inhaling its smoke one bowl is simply not enough. I would say .3g of top shelf could work via firecracker method (PeanutButter crackers in the oven).
