the whole caregiver sign over for other patients is a common mistake loophole i read up and researched with my attorneys (my gf works at a firm with her sister) and theres a case in 2008 that proved in cali a caregiver is defined as sumone who "cares for a patient providing food shelter bed care etc needs" not just growin them weed doesnt coiunt and th guy went to jail for cultivation and distribution cuz he admitted to giving the weed to others which is still illegal for legal patients. docs can not approve or rec more then the 6plant limit in that deignated county here in cali. the 99plant limit is oldschool doesnt exist anymrore i tripped on that too. sum counties only say they allow indoor growin only too. just depends theres always loopholes. i considered doin the same thing growin on a rotation method over my limit just syain fuk it if i get rolled ill claim its for my personal pain use not commercial but i read up on M Blazes thread and he changed my life. he grows as a hobby no c02 and doesnt trip on nutes and shit he just has 4 600w hps lights in coco 15gall containers and yielded 6.2 fukn lbs! fukn crazy. its legit check it out. obviously he vegged forever but fuk it u can do a legal rotation method with ur 6 plants (harvest 6 planst every two months since u can have 6 mature plants-i flwoering_ and 6 immature plants -in veg- and keep that rotation goin ull be good and grow pounds) lights r the key and keep doin good nutes and id add c02 if possible.
