Just because one has the opinion that Obama voters were either dupes or destructive "citizens", one isn't obligated to love Bush. This is the difference between liberals and conservatives. Liberals must embrace all the tenets of their political leaders. Conservatives must embrace all the tenets of their own conviction.

it's something to talk about when stoned.... i'd rather talk politics, that actually matters... than sports for example....in sports we can use the Brooklyn Dodgers' fans frustration rant: "Wait 'til next year".... politics can change the circumstances in which you live you're life... it's important to talk bout these things, even if the conversations lead nowhere..... that way you can go to the voting booth with a bunch of different perspectives...

After 9/11 I voted for Bush. Unlike a lot of other pussies, i'll admit my mistakes. At the time, he sounded like a guy who would kick some ass. I still don't trust Kerry or his elitist wife. I don't care if she is the ketchup queen or not. Fuck her and kerry. Obama on the other hand continues to blow me away. I'm still reading his Audacity of Hope book, but I stand by his economic policies, even though it means he's going to keep spending more money. What's interesting is the rest of the world is following suite. Even Russia is now pouring a ton of cash into their gov... and their known for being cheap ass sob's.
More and more I've become against the war, but his speech was pretty good and I agree with the idea of sending 30,000 troops to crush it. I really like the fact that he set a deadline. I know republicans are pissed about that, but I'm cool with it. I've always voted non-patrician and I consider myself independent. Sadly, I'm still influenced by Steven Colbair and John Stewart. But at least I'm willing to admit it.
