Iis this iron deficiency ??

Looks like nitrogen toxicity. Probably over watered with too high a nutrient solution & not enough light for the plant to need the excess nutes. & maybe a bit cold would be keeping the soil damp aswell

I think you may have a few issues going on. I don't really see iron deficiency per se. I'd let her dry out and then flush and start with a balanced feeding schedule.

Magnesium deficiency. Let the pots keep dry for a bit longer. Weed plants have a hard time absorbing Magnesium when the soil is very moist
