Ikea 5-Drawer Dresser CFL/HPS Stealth 1st Grow

Sounds like a pain, hope you don't run out of space!
Ever think about training?

You can get cheapo PC fans for about $0.50-$2 to help with ventilation.

Good luck with the boxes.

Yeah, I've been LST'ing these guys since day one.

It not really the space, it's the quality of my current box. I want it to be a little nicer, no leaks, good ventilation.

Let's see some pictures eh?
I understand, boxes piss me off.
Right now I just have a 3' tree with lights surrounding it in an open room.
It's in a white corner with a mirror, so it has some amount of reflection, but for the most part it's just open.
Real nice for the humidity in late flowering.

So no more box, but still vegging under CFL's, and started flowering yesterday under one 70w HPS.

My First cuttings have drooped over pretty bad. I cut at a 45 degree angle, squeezed the stem while I was cutting and put some clonex gel right on.

I am running a bubble cloner tub, but the cuttings are in rockwool w/ some Clonex. That is submerged in the first 1/8th" of the cup.

Should I have just put them directly in the water? Will they come back?

I never heard about squeezing the stems, maybe because of air but i would't recommend it. Also found that gel for me has a half success rate vs. powder. There should be a dome over those clones so they can stay moist. Best thing you can do now is make a dome and see what happens. In the future try getting some rooting powder and peat pellets, it'll turn you into a cloning master.:leaf::leaf:

It's a crawl space, lined with panda film.
You can't even see it at all.
I use the dresser as a mother box. Bigger and better, you know?.
So it's still stealth, and I still use CFL's for vegging. Sorry to bust your bubble.

The girls are starting to show their flowers!

YAY!
Give it 25 days ish, and you'll fall in love with what's unfolding in front of you.
I'm glad they're kicking ass!
How's the clones?
Keep the best ones as mothers.

Yay! I hate when my clones do that, I've got one doing it right now and it's aggrivating.
I like when they're perky better, but they look great and green, not wilting.

Glad to see everything is working out!

Spider mites are still around despite the Azamax I got spraying. Not as much as before but..

Maybe I measured it too thin. Oh well.

The clones are rooted in from what I can tell. Kill all the mites, then put them on some nutrients.

Hey liking the setup we are running similar operations here. Your girls look nice and healthy. Cheers on the DWC, good shit right? :leaf:

Thank you!

I admit I saw your and it seemed much better then what I was running.

DWC is for dummies like moi, I love it. Add nutes, get PH correct, set it and forget it!

Spider mites are almost gone, they don't die right off the bat because of eggs and larvae, but the numbers are drastically reduced using Azamax for two weeks on a light mix.

Clones are now rooted, and are taking a little more nutrients. All I have to do is completely eradicate the Mites, and I'll be doin real well.

And me girls are nice and happy! Starting to smell good!

Hope you can get some more wattage soon. Those girls are needing it.
Looks great though!

Wait there's an HPS in there?

I am pretty sneaky. ;)

One 70 watt HPS. Standard "Security" light for outside of buildings. $44 at Lowes.

Then there are two 13w 2700K CFLs for down low.

The HPS is about 8" away from the Canopies, and the room temp is between 78-84 most days.

Next round I am going to get a 150w HPS Cool hood, the 70w for down low, and 4 more buckets.
