Do it. I've been smoking cigs for 50 yrs. I had a Dr that gave me unlimited shit about smoking; I went on patch and gum dropped down to 5-7 cigs a day. The fucker then gave me shit about the patch/gum. The Doc is a young guy with grammar school kids and only allows the kids non-fat milk, chicken and lean dry pork. WTF?
