i know what he did is not right, but im pretty sure he wasnt the only one to do it...i think they targeted him cause he was on national tv trying to look like a savior to the protesting workers there...kinda funny how the feds nailed him the day after he was running his mouth...maybe if he would have just laid low, called out the national guard to get all the protesters hosed, he would still be able to enjoy a piece of the cash cow he was given by the people...

This has been a long time coming. They started tapping his phone over a month ago. Tapping a Governor's phone doesn't happen on a whim. Blogo was too stupid to be crooked - it takes some brains to navigate Chicago's machine.

what you should really be asking is obama related, after all it was his seat, and he won back in 2004 in the same manner sorta to....all im saying, sketchy stuff from chicago.....fuck em all though

also, this isnt an every day thing, with all the watch dog groups out there youd expect more to show up if this was a huge running problem

he was a crooked mother fucker, end of story, it had nothing to do with protesting workers or gay-ass unions

That is a little misleading. Illinois doesn't play the post 10% of your bond - they just give one number. In any other state it would have been a $45,000 bond.

The guy isn't a flight risk. He isn't that smart.

i wonder why, i think the governor should be prosecuted, fuck resigning, he was a public official who betrayed public trust, he should be pursued like a hen stealing fox

No you missed the point. Obama wants him to resign, and the criminal complaint still goes forward, Obama is just asking him to leave his office while all that happens so the good citizens of the fine state of Illinois can get on with life and a new Governor.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt (Edwards) until I heard that he was a crooked lawyer that relied upon "channeling" dead children to win lawsuits.

I mean, we have that idiot Hitlery Clinton who was a lawyer, and Edwards. That's 2% right there, and I'm sure there's more, but I don't know who.

Someone told me yesterday that Blagojevich is going to try to pull a fast one and appoint himself to Obama's empty Senate seat. I don't know if that is fact or not but I can see what will happen if he does. I smell a bloody revolution in Illinois.

"Someone" is horribly confused. I hope they aren't involved in a profession that involves any type of timing. Blogo mentions taking the seat if he couldn't get any quid pro quo in some of the transcripts from about a month ago.

Illinois politicis has always been known to be corrupt..every single one of them..you dont get into politics in chicago..unless you are a crook..all of a sudden..big suprise ? since the days of al capone politicians in chicago were either paid of or killed off..look at illinois politicians their senators have been nut jobs.....that state is nuts..look at their tax's...its like a jerry springer show to watch ill politics..the jerry springer show goes to washington..LOL..oh well..you asked for it you got it...:spew:

Abraham Lincoln was an Illinois politician. But he was killed off so maybe that does fit your theory. Hmmm.
