So far my timeline
5/24 IEC app
5/28 received by state card charged
8/1 told I'm in the processing queue
8/13 sent email and was sent a reply they need a new picture :wall:

Man I paid the people at IEC so I wouldn't have to deal with delays so they would take care of everything but what can I do wait until I get off at 5 take the pic and email it :|

I went to Mindful Saturday and it was such a surreal feeling! I got a few goodies! They give you a free gram as a new patient. It’s a very nice dispensary! I’m happy with it so far lol. I love that they have the menu online so I can plan ahead of time bongsmilie

Thanks...how does the lab know which samples have a prescription? Does the person who the test is being administered on provide this information, or does the lab check against some state level database?

People bring their bottles from the pharmacy which have all prescription information including doctors name

Has anyone had an issue with there fingerprint consent form? I just called the 855 number to see my status and the nice lady mentioned that there was an issue with the consent form and she transferred me to a caseworker. I just left a short voicemail asking her to please call me back and provided my info. Not sure what could've happened I don't have a felony record or anything.

So this keeps happening to someone i k know. Even after resubmitting they had issues. Something about enough grease or something...

Do you know if they needed to resubmit there prints or something? I called back a second time and this time there was a guy who was super nice. I just asked if he could provide more information for me as I called and they said there was an issue. He said it’s just still going through the background check (my check was cashed 8-10 and app mailed usps on 6/5) and should be about 30 days. He said looked ok so I’m really unsure why the 1st said it was assigned to a case worker and the 2nd time they didn’t. I left a voicemail with the case worker they transferred me too so I’m hoping she calls. This process is really really difficult.

I received a letter on Saturday saying that my fingerprints were not accepted. The letter said to go to the place that did them and have them redone. When I went back, they told me that it was most likely that my hands were dry so they didn’t come up good. They had me put some lotion on and they did look better. I had to pay for fingerprinting again. I resubmitted to the state on Monday. I need to call to be sure they are processing my information again and what the timeframe will be

Thank you very much for the info. This process has been difficult for me so I do appreciate the insight and feedback. I hope you get yours processed quickly though with the resubmit. I am hoping to have more clarity soon. Thanks again for the info.

I called in today and they said that I was approved! I'll have my card within 10 days. My timeline is as follows. Application submitted 5-21-2018. I used a CC so it was charged the same day. Sent email for application receipt confirmation on 7-10-2018. I received a response back within a day. I called 8-15-2018 to ask about status. I"ll update when I actually get the card in the mail.

So i know they had to resubmit twice and their prints were not accepted both times. The ppl that did their prints said it is not uncommon because as ppl get older prints wear down... I believe the only info from the state came via snail mail. Not sure if they spoke with someone or not after the 2nd rejected prints but ibelieve this is becoming more common, so the state may be figuring out a workaround.

Thanks for that information. The people at the fingerprint place told me that if fingerprints are rejected a second time, the state would just look at all of my information and probably approve me based on that.

Well that's good then! I feel like the print place should know if the prints don't look good. Ie charge a reduced rate.

8/15 Received reply email (from when I sent the picture) stating I was Approved

Now the last of the wait begins anyday now
