I leave for FL next Monday so I was hoping to get it before then so if it comes in next week it's not sitting in the mailbox all week. Or if I get a letter saying I need to send something I'm not delayed for that whole week.

Hey Folks -- I figured I would chime in here. Before I do any sharing, I want to thank everyone for the information provided here. I almost feel I know many of you, in following the stories and updates. Mine story is simple. I sent my information on 10-2-17, reviewing it over and over for accuracy. After 45 days, 11-17-17, I submitted an email, as was suggested on some site I searched. I got an immediate generic response, noting the department was not taking any emails at the present time. However, on 11-21-17, I received an email indicating my information had been received on 10-3-17 (the day after I mailed it) and that it was being processed. I have not heard anything to date and had been watching the bank to see if my check had been cashed. That was the only way I knew to consider any positive forward movement. I logged in today 12-6-17 and saw the check had posted. It was only after my check was cashed did I find everyone here. I had to sign up and get in on the conversation, due to it being very beneficial for me. I am hopeful I may be able to help others once I do get mine -- if ever. It seems encouraging and discouraging at the same time. I am hoping that it is true my card will come shortly after the check is cashed. But I also hold out hope due to other posts and some concerns returned to applicants. I will make sure I keep up on this, as well as providing you all with any updates I may have. Thank you for the help, encouragement and let's all keep our fingers crossed for each other.
PS -- If you never hear from me again, it's only because I have never done anything like this and may not be able to find it again...........here's hoping not!!!

These are the guidelines that I followed and I got good results! Also it was around Thanksgiving time so I made sure to wish them that. With Christmas and New Years coming up it will put a hamper on shit bc these are state union employees that we are counting on I’m sure! Lol anyways wanted to share this!

Anyone going to use Trinity Dispensary in Peoria?

So I went to the dispensary for the first time yesterday! The only thing I didn’t know is that here in Illinois you are not able to see or smell anything at all, you pretty much have to buy your products by description of product and TCH , CBD content. Not complaining I guess but why do other states allow that and not Illinois?
Anyway, great relief last night, that’s pretty much sums it up
I really hope all the guys and gals waiting for their card get it very soon, game changer for sure!

Sure, no problem. Earthmed in Addison. I was going to pick the one in Schaumburg but a buddy of mine suggested Earthmed. When I went to see my doc, he also suggested Earhmed. I am glad I went with them, super nice and knowledgeable people! And their menu has way more options that I have seen in other dispensaries.

Ya I was back reading and I saw that someone submitted online on sept 26 and they got their card just this Monday would have been 70 days!
Still no card for me. For any newcomers, put application in the mail 9/9/2017, heard nothing from the state until check cleared my bank on 11/24/2017, now have no activity since.

Damn still no card ! I really thought you’d get yours today man!
Im not sure if that's an actual law in Illinois where they can't showcase their products but from what I can see dispensary 33 and herbal care center showcase their products but I could be wrong.
