My documents from the Dr. were mailed on 2/10/18. Found this thread and started watching. I could remember any question about which dispensary I wanted to use and was concerned that may delay things more. So I called Mid-March, unfortunately unlike many of you the person I spoke with was not pleasant at all. I told her my question and when the docs were sent and she looked me up. She told me that they didn’t receive my app until 3/5/2018. Somehow I lost a month of wait time, she blamed it on the Dr. Anyone else experience this? Was calling the wrong thing to do? Maybe just being paranoid but feel like I was put back intentionally. Thoughts? Thanks in advance and best of luck in your wait.

NOV 28, 2017 - went to outreach clinic for EVERYTHING..
Dr was there along with fingerprinters, passport photos, n the application to the state.. the total cost for a 1 year card was 600$...
Dec 3rd the state gets the papers from the Dr BUT doesn't get the application until DEC 29, 2017 ( Now the state says that the clinic held my application for a month before they sent it because they sent them in bulk, the clinic said the state lost the papers for a month..idk what happened but I finally get in line for processing a month and a day after I filled application out...)
Anyways whatever the case my card is arriving today n I'm so glad the wait is over!!
Now anyone have any info on the good or bad dispensaries in Illinois?

Instapot this has been reported before. I found this post a few pages back I remember reading.

My question is....If they sent them to the printer on Monday and from what I understand they get mailed out that same day....it should technically only be a few days until they arrive in the mail. Why would it take 14 days? Does anyone know if the cards get mailed standard or 1st class?

Well update. I called and was informed my information wasn’t even sent to the printers yet. That it will be sent to them electronically tonight and they will get it tomorrow morning. The card will then be printed and put in the mail tomorrow afternoon or Friday morning. Then after that it is up the the post office which from where it is printed and mailed from it takes 2-3 business days to arrive in my mailbox. Wish I could get the informed delivery but I just moved into this house lol. So it is looking like I might have been right all along a 420 card in hand date.

It appears they send it electronically? Congrats to Flyhigher for getting it yesterday. From when it was sent electronically it took roughly 6 days. It does appear it can take longer. I'm guessing it's a combo of how busy the printer is and when the cards are sent from Philly.

for the people that been to the shops is it worth the money I am going to go to the green solution the price is more then Colorado I hope it is better

In my opinion your doc (I could be wrong of course) may have delayed things. I went to a clinic that handled every part of it and sent the application electronically. The alliance who helped coordinate for a fee of course sent me communication that it had been accepted by the state. I’m sorry that happened to you.

I went to innovative express. They handled everything for me I brought my dx proof from my doc, was examined, fingerprinted, photo taken and all was sent very efficiently. And electronically. I also had to do a second appointment to follow up. I would recommend it also because they will help you through anything that they can if something goes wrong. I felt it was a lot of money but worth it.

When did u go I went thrus. And just received a email saying the stat took my payment.

Weather change and white stuff on ground is kicking my ass today. Alas no good news in the mailbox. Have been reading articles from Leafly.com to get an idea of what type of cannabis will suit me the best. This whole experience has been quite an education I tell ya.o_O

Guessing they haven’t gotten to it yet

I went 1/31/18. State received app 2/2/18 and pmt taken (I did 3 year) 2/5/18. Since we did electronic, it’s different from the people who sent checks. So for us it’s not an indicator of anything except it’s there and waiting in the order it was received. I’m on like day 62- not confident that they have even reviewed it yet. But most seem to be around 77-80 so... hoping sooner than later. Did they give you a time frame? When I went they said 90-120 days possibly
