Yeah I take anything the government says with a grain of salt usually, but this time I was assured that my application was completed and getting sent off to print. So who knows at this point. If it comes, cool, if not, I’ll just stick to ol faithful.

Called today, he said still under review, which can take up to 30 days. I have been under review for a couple of weeks now. That is all I got out of him. I am sure he might answer some specific questions from others. I got him right away. Sometimes I hang up and call back later if one of the ladies answer. Good luck.

Anyone who was told they have been approved and are waiting for a card might want to call dispensary. I would think if you are in their system you know the card is on the way.
Just called the dispensary I chose and asked them if I’m listed and they said the state doesn’t give them any information at all, they only know if I’m a registered patient when I show up with my card.Anyone who was told they have been approved and are waiting for a card might want to call dispensary. So I was told on August 30th I was approved and it will be here in 15 days. Today is 15 days and still no card. I called to ask what's up since its been over 90 days. I was told I'm still processing and the woman should have not told me I was approved. So I was lied to. I then said its been over 90 days since i submitted my app. They said I can't give you anymore info besides its processing still. They said call back in 2 weeks to check on it. I am completely fed up with this whole process. In 2 weeks it will be 112 days. Then another few weeks if I'm approved to get it out to me. Good luck to the people who just applied. Maybe you'll get it by next summer lol

I’m starting to think the wait is now 120-150 days.... When I submitted my application in June the lady said “60-90 days with 90 being the extreme, meaning there was a problem”.... I’m tempted to call and ask to speak to a supervisor or something, it’s not right that we can’t ovtain more detailed responses to application inquiries, especially when you have already paid..

I have been told to call the dispensary before I go to make sure they have my info from state in system to purchase.

Just came home to my card in the mail!!!! Applied online 6/22, card charged 6/24. Says on my card I was approved sept 4th. Also I was worried about the background check as I have a felony. Still got it! Not sure if they ended up doing background or not. Going to Medmar Chicago tomorrow to celebrate. Will let you guys know how it is!
That's awesome. I'm glad you got your card. I unfortunately didn't get mine today and I applied before you. I have been lied to and told I was approved and then told I'm still processing. Then told my application looks complete and not missing anything. They just haven't got to me yet. I have no felonies and submitted a background check. Also had 2 different doctors diagnose me with a traumatic brain injury and tons of records and ct scans proving it. But they'll get to me when they get to me is all i hear. It is is soooo hard waiting you guys! I submitted my application online on 7/7... Anyone else submit around that time who has received their card or at least a response via email or phone that their app is being processed/etc? I am going to my doc who recommended medical cannabis and it took me about 2 months before i could come up with the money so I am kicking myself for not pushing harder back then, but here I am still waiting so it feels doubly as long.

I had an issue with my picture that I learned about it a whole week before receiving written notice only because I was emailing weekly after my wait was at 10 weeks
Yeah I've called and emailed. They said everything looks complete they just haven't got to me yet. Which doesn't make sense considering another person got approved yesterday that submitted after me. I was also told 2 weeks ago I was approved. Now they say the lady shouldn't have told me that and I'm still processing. Other than that they refuse to give any more info or how much longer it will be. I have 2 conditions I qualified for. 3 if you count pain pills. But the doctor i drove 3 hours to see said we will just submit for TBI because I had more medical records for that condition. I'm wondering if the issue is with the doctor. This is just speculation though. It took him 35 days after I seen him before he submitted my app which I found odd.Have u call or email?
