your not guna want to eat when your trippin, i always carry around one of those 1.5L bottles of water... without water you die. i would suggest eating a light meal like a sandwich / salad or some fruit like 30min-1hour before you ingest.

You probably won't be hungry when you trip. And if you are, once you get your food, you'll probably be too fascinated by how it looks and feels then eating it. That's just me, though! It might be a good idea to have some water, simply to prevent dehydration but that's not essential. Also, I've heard orange juice helps to intensify trips because of the vitamin c, but that might be a myth. Happy tripping and have fun!

As it's your first trip, having a tripsitter might be a good idea, as well as starting off in a familiar place. Acid won't dehydrate you, so you don't need to drink any more than normal.
I found eating to be amazing on acid, although I seem to get the munchies with everything

just go to your local healthfood store or CVS (im an employee unfortunately) and pick up some vitamin C pills! it works. That will work A LOT better than orange juice will.
Whether you eat or not, you are definitely going to want to take a dump before you trip it will definitely help your body feel better during your journey. If it is real LSD-25 which is more rare then most believe, you will definitely need someone whom you trust and feel comfortable with who has tripped before to hang with

That taking a dump line is pretty true.. Oj is very true. I wouldnt go crazy a get 1/2 gallon an chug it. Just 8oz should do it man. Once ur tripping i really doubt you think about any snacks. Make sure you got some good music......

dont take a dump before you trip.....in all actuallity for me and the people i have triped with on multiple occasions well take our hits of acid and then when we go to the bathroom to shit is when it hits us the hardest man.next think you know the shower cutain is moving like the window is opened.lol
the b12 is true and depends on you but i love eating on acid and others dont.either way drink beer so when you come down your drunk rather than jsut awake.i can fall asleep while on it towards 6 hours but others cant....oh and youll never have a time like your first..but still get some glowsticks and if you got a place to do it bust the glowstick open(should be non toxic) and splash it on a wall.it wil all be the same color but it iwll look like the stars on acid and it will be like 30 diff colors....that shit is good but dont do it to much or itll change you....thats why i stopped it messed my friend up!

damn sounds fun lol. how did it mess your friend up, does he think it messed him up or does he like it, the thing that puts me off acid is people saying they feel changed like you said, start noticing things other don't and shit

Well he actually put his hand in a bowl full of liquid acid(yes a fishbowl full of liquid acid...true story no lie) but he is a fucking nut case now....he see's aura's all the time and senses life from people and plants and is just fucking weird as shit.he got put in the looney bin a couple of times.
i mean that was a rare case but also jsut like you said small stuff that you dont notice till after you trip so much. if you dont do it alot oyu have nothing to worry about .ive done it a couple times,more than i remember so....but im still fine so you good to go as long as it aint a daily thing...its all in debate i jsut dont like it cause i like to stay in control of my mind so i fucking love shrooms over acid the visuals are way more intense! way more and the buzz is something amazing!
