Im an idiot

Hi guys, I originally took cuttings to make clones about a week before i chaned photoperiod to flower, thinking i could veg my clones until my other plants had flowered and either put these clones straight into flower cycle with the 1000 Watt light or veg them for a week and then put into flower photoperiod. I made a cloner box and put in a seperate area with some fluro fish tank lights because i didnt want the clones to get massive. It all sounds ok but i did one thing wrong, although i am using "grow" nuits i realized that the fluro lights are on the same timer as the big 1000Watt one, so ecentially they are in flower light cycle with "grow" nuits.
My question is because these clones have been on a 12 hour photoperiod for the same time as my big girls (about 6 weeeks) can i put put them under the big light to flower after i harvest the main ones or do i need to put them into a veg light cycle, and if so for how long.

To answer your question, yes you should just put them under the big light when you harvest. If your going to have the light available within a week than dont change the light schedule. It will only confuse the plants, its too short of a period of time to revert the stage of growth. If you have to wait more than say 6-8 weeks than you might consider reverting the plants to a veg state.
