Nice brotha!! You're officially a hydro man now...well done! And goin straight into aeroponics too, I like it! I have not done aeroponics, but I sure would like to. You are getting dialed!
I actually like the extra space you have in your flower room because you'll have plenty of room to move around and to access the system. If I were you, I would just go with what you've got for now and get everything down on your first grow, then see if it makes sense to add more later on. There will surely be a learning curve with the aeroponics, but you sound like a smart guy and you're obviously reading about it at the right place.
I would consider getting a back up battery system (a UPS) for your pumps for if and when your power goes out. Aeroponics can be very unforgiving if the roots go dry...which can happen in minutes rather than hours.
One other bit of food for thought...your room will now be a perfect candidate for a SOG (Sea of Green) method where you essentially move your clones right into flowering, or just veg them for a week or so. With the fact that those grow sites on the aero system are close together and that you'll be running the 1000 watt HPS, you will probably want to grow "popsicle" style. That's where each plant is essentially a single kola or maybe has a few side branches and doesn't get very tall. Otherwise those bad boys will crowd each other out in no time, and you don't want them getting too close to that 1000 watter either since you have 8 foot ceilings.

Im back. I ran into some snags on my vacation. I Got busted by customs on the cruise ship for weed and had to pay a huge fine on the spot. So I came back totally broke.
Plus I finished up my outdoor grow and a little 2' X 2' CFL microgrow.
Somebody made me an offer I couldn't refuse for the aeroponic system and I had to take it. So I'm back to soil. But at least I'm in the game.
Here is the set-up:
* 20 clones in 5 gallon pots
* Fox Farm Ocean Forest Potting Soil
* Fox Farm Nutrients
* 2 1000 Watt lights with adjust-a-wing reflectors under 8' X 6' canopy
* 2 1000 Watt Nextgen Ballasts
* no in or out vents
* Green Air CD-6LP CO2 generator
* Green Air CDMC-6 CO2 monitor/controller
* Whirlpool 14700 BTU Air conditioner
* 3 Air King oscillating fans
* 1 desktop ceramic heater
I'm hoping to get my Veg room finished up during this grow and start veging the next crop.
