back in the day we used cut up bikes,bed frames and what ever else you dont want that can be usedthey sure were.
word of advice: "never use a cutting torch while wearing sandals unless you pay very close attention to were your feet are."
i went to home depot and got a 10 amp dewalt side angle grinder and a bunch of grinding and cutting discs. i'm going to the welding store tomorrow to look at wire feeders. i need a truck load of scrap metal now.

i just looked thru dudes gallery. those fish are $2400. he has a bunch of small birds made of coins and nuts and bolts. i'm getting a lot of ideas. i have to brush up on my brazing skills.
