i started 4 plants from bagseed 2 at a time with 3 days between each germination (i didnt know how many i wanted and decided 4 plants was better odds i would get a female)

i originally started with 6 23 watt 5500K cfls and 2 2700k 19 watt cfls and with at least 4 hours of real sunlight a day under a 24 hour light schedule they all started out a healthy dark green then the next 2 were planted and no problem appeared.

throughout the next 10 or so days 3 of my 5500k cfls decided to just stop working even though they were brand new. i had to replace those with 19 watt 2700k cfls

they are all in kellogs premium outdoor patio soil but only one seems to be doing well with rapid green growth and its one of the younger ones. its already working on its third true node while the other yellowish plants with grey outlines on the leaf edges are having trouble just getting there second true node started.

can anyone figure out what im doing wrong????
and if you need more info just ask

BORON (B) Growing shoots turn grey or die. Growing shoots appear burnt. Treat with one teaspoon of Boric acid (sold as eyewash) per gallon of water......... sounds like your prob good luck hope i helped

this is the only pic i could find of a boron deffeciency and it doesnt seem to be what is happening to my plant unfortunatley :/
the worst part is my cam is too poor of quality to show the greyish outline on the leaves, so i cant really show ne1 what the problem is

good news. i didnt figure out what caused the slow growth but i did figure out the cause for abnormal leaf color

turns out that grey was actually just purple and most strains will flush out a good amount of chlorophyll before it turns the leaves purple
