Im FUCKING Pissed, i feel like nuking the FUCKED up towing company

I just went to the towing company that has had my car for a couple months, a sexy black nissan altima, 94. The first time they towed it, i busted it out, cause i had no way of paying the fees. Two days later my fagget step Mom calls the cops on me (where i was stashing the car) because of shit id rather not get into, but anyways, they come, and find my car. I get busted again a little later for driving without a DL, Taking it litteraly a mile away from my house to put up for sale. The bastards spiked me half way there.

I went back today cause i had all my close, and half of my belongings in that fucking car. First thing this bitch at the counter says is its gone, its scrapped, and that they sent a letter to "the owner" , she said, the owner, not me, the owner, cause we both knew that i wasnt on the title yet, and it wasnt even the fucking title, it was the bill of fucking sale.

And im like "thats plain willful ignorance"

So i asked what the did with my stuff... And she told me they threw my shit away. just fucking tossed it. I left telling her this was complete bull shit and it was definatly not over. And the hole time she was telling me this, there wasnt a fucking ounce of sypathy in her voice or physicall comunication, infact she gave me a big smile the hole time. I could have strangeld the bitch.


WHAT THE FUCK AM I GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS???

Well... What do should i do... Just let this complete fuck over slide and let them laugh at my struggle in life??

I lost my last battle with a towing company. It was the one time in my life I got arrested. I don't suggest trying my method. You might be able to sue them successfully in court if you can prove that the bill of sale was submitted soon enough, and that a title search would have shown you as the owner. Otherwise I have no other advice. It's a fucking SCAM as far as I'm concerned and it's totally legal.

Yup, scam no fucking doubt. I could just tell. She had a sick smirk you would pay 458 dollars to smack clean off, and it was a fucking bill of sale! The knew my name, they knew everything. I can prove that it wasnt titlet to me, and that they knew that cause im obviously in there records. Two fat fucks run this thing, both have no personalities at all, and just fucking leach people like me.

I want to show them the fucked with the wrong person, even if i cant do anything the legal route. Im not taking this one up the butt, either there tow trucks are fucked, or something, idk yet.

How long were they holding it before you broke it out?
I don't understand why they would scrap it so quickly, did they say why so quick?
I can't believe they didn't even bag your stuff up...

I'm suing a towing company for some similar shit. Go to the courthouse and file a suit against them in small claims court for the value of your property. It's pretty simple and there are people at the courthouse to help you with the paperwork.

I broke it out like 2 weeks afer, it went back a week later, then they were held it for a good month, month and a half before today.

Oh yeah, trouble would be idk exactly what i had in there, no evidence or anything either, though the cop that pulled me before it went there could testify i had alot of stuff in it...

You'll need to be able to prove the value of the possessions they trashed. I grok your infuriation.

Start a list and start gathering receipts. That's all you need to prove your case in court.

Look into that right there...I know in some states they have to hold on to your car for 6 months....they only had yours a month and a half...maybe they fucked up.

Im thinking some kind of expanding foam down the gas shoot, will they be openable from the ouside? all tires, you can consider gone. Sometimes I get a little mouthy. This was the ONLY time and I wasn't mouthy with the cops. But these places have video surveillance and apparently at 5'1" I'm a threat.

They were just SUCH FUCKING ASSHOLES! I pretty much never let people get the better of me, but... they were double charging me for the boat and the trailer it was on. (Oh, and I had a pipe and some weed on me. )
