Is anyone here saying that? You're saying cannabis isn't a medicine and people who say it is you want to punch them in the face. It's ok to be wrong. Admit it and move on. Mr. Doctor can you provide me some proof of this claim?

Nobody has ever died from marijuana, but hey you should discourage it and decide who is worthy to use it.

I use it to get stoned. And I can bet that if I was in a medical state I would have make up a condition to get a card.

Again.. for what feels like the hundreth time... I did not say marijuana didn't have medical benefits. If I did, please show me because it was a mistake and I will correct it.
I never said I want to do anything to people that say marijuana is a medicine.
I was referring to the sterotypical stoner that poisons the legitimate word "medicine" by using the term as synonymous with "blazing" or "hitting the bong". Joking around about it is fine among friends, but there are quite a few youtube videos where this is the case. Youtube videos that anyone in the world can see; this only serves to reinforce the stigma and skepticism surrounding medical marijuana.
If you're a stereotypical stoner, please don't illegitimize cannabis by equating "blazing" and "medicating". The whole medical marijuana thing is controversial enough and has plenty of opponents and negative press as it is.

There is no real criteria for it; anyone can go to a certain "Dr." and say they feel better when smoking it and boom... you've got your rec. Every time I hear someone use the word "medicate" or "medicine" I want to punch them in their mouth.

People who are not sick should be also able to use it to feel better.
