Im growing indoors and have a few questions about my plant... Can some1 please help?

My plant is about a week old and has sprouted its 3rd set of leafs. The 2nd set of leafs are pointed upward. The soil is organic miracle grow, with 2 100watt cfl lights and a 2 foot floresent light above them all. I use fishtank water now as i have a bunch of fish and a fishtank that i rarely ever have to clean but like once a year. The ph is at 6.4 and i water it every other day or so. The 2nd set of leafs are about 2 inches big and the round leafs are about 2 cm big and the 3rd set of leafs are about half inch big. The whole plant is about 4 inches big. I was wondering is this a good set up cause my plants seem to be doing very well for there 1st week both plants are a indica stain and but all the plnts are bushy at the end and have about a half pound on them. also what else can i do to help my plants do better ? and why is the plants leafs pointing upward?

Brah, yer fine fer veg. Yer gonna wanna do a lil more on yer set up fer flower, tho

you mentioned nothing about air circulation, temp and humidity. keep those in check or you will have problems down the line. so what type of light are you planning to flower with? what kind of bloom nutrients will you be using? got any pics?
