I'm having issues with the water here!

My ppm is 160 and my water smells like chlorine. The ph is around 8.5
I have never had issues growing until i moved to a new area. I get lockout so easy. I have plants that are getting lockout at 300ppm and nute deficiencies. I use a Pure filter and after filtering the water the PPM is the same, the PH is the same and it tastes the same. I need a RO system and I have about $200 or less to spend. Should I order one online or should I just go to Lowes or Home Depot? I want something that works, that's not going to break anytime soon. What should I get?

Get some PH-down and you're good to go. Test your PH after you've added nutes in.

I'm not good to go. I have PH down and I do test my PH after I add nutes. I'm not a noob.Chloramine does not evaporate! It's Ammonia and chlorine! It's added to the water supply. I need a decent RO system that will last. Some RO systems they sell at Lowes and Home Depot are POS. What RO system is decent for under $200?

Just check out a hydro store those systems are made to handle the increased workload demanded by gardeners. Good luck!
