im kind of lost with nutrients

okay so i planned on starting nutes my next watering. my plant is 18 days out of soil. i have the the first line of fox farm nutes. which nutes should i give it and how much of each? i kniw i need to get a feel for it but i am at a completely lost with this?

Read directions on bottle but start lightly. Do you have your basics ph meter ec/ppm meter if not def get ph pen. If it says 1 tablespoon per gallon, half tablespoon for 6 weeks old. 1/4 tablespoon for seedling I would start with a 1/4 of that and work your way up dont feed heavy until you see there hungry dont rush it either. less is more and more is overkill and more problems. Some stains dont like alot of nutes so start light

i was going to give it some big bloom ( 0.01-0.3-0.7) it recommends 4 TABLEspoons for general feeding. was also going to give it some grow big (6-4-4) it recommends 2-3 TEAspoons for general feeding. i will try and pick up a meter tomorrow. what exactly does the ec/ppm tell me? the level of nutes im giving it/

Yes how much nutes correct. I would use grow big only and start with a 1/4 and work up they recommend a heavy nure schedule on bottle so you have to buy more nutes which leads to to more profits more problens to you and now your buying more bottles and bottles etc

The Big Bloom isn't very hot at all, but be careful with the Grow Big- start at about 1/4 of recommended feeding. You will more than likely end up adjusting your feedings according to your plans needs and environment, you don't have to follow the feeding instructions exactly. Also you will use about twice as much Big Bloom as the others, it can be used throughout your entire grow. GL.

i have something to measure the ph in the water but not a digital mh metter or one to read the ec/ppm levels. so what it recommends is basically the max i should give it.

Since you are not familiar with nutrients , and your only 18 days old I would just stick to plain water

Decent soil should have plenty of nutrients in it for some time
