I'm looking to find a press that can do 10g every time.

I haven't gotten into rosin yet but am very curious about it. What's a good press that could do about 10g at a time? I'm in Canada by the way I've seen a few for sale but I have a feeling prices are jacked.

alibaba.com has the best prices by far on presses....many for 1k or less including shipping. Rosin doesnt produce much because you want smaller plates to do smaller batches so you dont overheat the rosin during processing. Its simple as hell but you have to do many runs. For example....a 2x4 plate setup is probably about perfect for quality....but on amazon all the decent presses are 6x8 plates...this is because they are simply heat presses for transfers/shirts/cups etc and doing double duty. Alibaba now has chinese manufacturers making presses specifically for rosin, you can tell by plate sizes and machine functionality. The american brands are much much much more expensive. So, if you want to spend more than $1k on a press, feel free to shop around. If you want good presses cheap then look straight to the source (alibaba) anything in between is just some guy drop shipping from china. These guys have thought out some nice features. Pricier...but nice stuff imo. Plus made by Americans...which is worth paying extra for just for the principle. Yes chinese is cheaper but some are pure garbage.

Nicer plates imo. Aluminum is not my first choice anymore after some experience.
