did it kill the bugs
did you spary with lights on
I got rid of alot of them but i saw a few more when i checked on them this afternoon. I had to chop more leaves. And yes, i did spray with the 400 HPS on. Ive also sprayed before with it on and it didnt seem to phase them.

i mean if it happened shortly after spraying, it think it might be the spray. try rubbing the leaves with water and see if that stops the spread.

Yea it did start after spraying but ive sprayed several times a few weeks ago under the same circumstances and nothing happened to the plants. Thats why its so confusing for me.

Yeah whats done has been done. if its progressing after washing, sounds like you got a disease or infestation.

yea it must be a disease. i guess most peeps here are just novices like me and have no real clue either. :blsmoke:

bobster...it looks like it's what you sprayed on it...it seems to be a random pattern...when it's a disease or pest the spots will be more symmetrical...

I guess it dont matter anyway. Theyve been on 12/12 for 6 days and 3 of 4 are showing their sacs.

You may have lucked out before, but you should never apply folia spray during lights on, you gotta give them time to dry off.

It was hard to come to that conclusion since i'd done it before several times. But im starting to be a believer.

There are ways to produce more females, or ways to give you better percentages of females. I have read it in a book. Lots of it depends on the enviroment u have it in and stressing the plant. If you want to know more I can tell you or if you already know, that is cool.
But, when plants are in veg state, High Humity makes more females, low temps makes more females. Letting the tap root grow to six inches supposed to make ratio of 80% females.

It looks like you did not let the soap dry and the light from the HPS turned the drops of soap in to a magnifying glass and burned the leaves.

Thanks for your input. I actually just came back from the hydro shop. She told me that the soap will burn them with the 400w light on. So that was obviously my fault to start with. I should have been smarter so i paid for it. At least i punished 3 of them for being males....:hump:...........now thats funny...i dont care who you are!!!!
