Im not sure whats wrong with my plant. Any help?

My plants are about 5 weeks old. I don't remember exactly when I planted them because I planted them outside just for shits and giggles. Then I transplanted.

Lights: 18" 5000K 15W Fluorescent Tube, another 18" 15W Fluorescent Tube (Color Temp. Unknown) and 3 26W 6500K CFL bulbs.

Soil: Regular cheap potting soil.

Ventilation: Box fan and fabric freshener sheets for odor.

Watering: Tap water. I just put as much as I think it needs.

Nutrients: None. I dont really know what to get.

These problems have just started happening a few days ago. I really dont know whats wrong with them. Any help?

kinda looks like mites. need to know more though what your using to grow.

I don't know for sure but the new growth appears real light colored, and I believe they say that is nitrogen def. but appears very small for 5 weeks there must be something else wrong.

not sure cause i am new but gonna sub to this to see end result. (from the pix i've seen looks like mites but what do i know)

spidermites,overwatered,deficiencys.
