Girl, they don't look that bad to kill and start over. Let them go with just the spikes. Don't use the spikes next grow, but carry on with them until these finish. Don't feed anything else (except Cal/Mag) as the spikes are time release.
You have a Cal/Mag issue, like these from my first grow. Get some cal/mag, I used the botanicare, and feed them some every other watering until they finish. Sats seem to devour Mg during flower. I grow almost exclusively Sats and Sat doms. Sats can take up to 14 weeks to finish. These have been stressed, so it may take more than that.
The dead stuff will not go away, but the new growth will look good. It's a Cal/Mag issue, I promise you.

use all 4 lights, dont stop using the 3 CFL once you get that flouro in, use em all....the more the better
just place them around the plant and as close as possible (without burning )
