well,,,here's the update. Apparently i have taken advantage of their warranty service one to many times. Thats what i get for buying so many of their lights and every one had the above mentioned issues. So, for now i have 3 JUNK BS900s that Blackstar was supposed to be emailing me the RMA labels, which the vp hisself was supposed to send to me personally. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back 3 more times. Only to be told--i will take of that right now...hahaha guess now that makes me the sucker!! No RMA's yet and probably wont ever see them. So, im off to another brand and will NEVER EVER support or buy anything from Blackstar whatsoever. Even what some of you all consider reputable companies are not what they seem. Ive also personally seen another brand send a used light as a replacement for new and try to get out of honoring what was left of the original warranty. It seems like blackstar wants to step all over my local store to get to my money. I feel bad for my local store because I have given them alot of grief thinking it was them who was dragging their feet and holding up my warranty work.Then they told me to try myself. And so i did. With less success than they had. I should have known, they have more pull with SHitstar than i do.... Im done ranting----i think thats about $3300 worth of rant!! Dont you.....lol.
