In California could you grow 12 plants with two people having medical cards?

Your allowed to grow 6 plants if you have a medical card in California so if me and someone else had our medical cards and lived in one house would we be able to grow 12 legally ???

I don't know about cali but if two people both have card here in montana you can grow 12.

yes, as long as both scripts are posted, you could have 10 people living in the same house with their card and have 60 plants going at the same time. it doesn't even have to be your residence, you could grow at a friends house and post your script there. good luck

I don't think thats the case here in colorado, they're getting all uppity about things here.Force everyone back underground and they think they solved a problem , good luck with that. Many many people are willing to pay in some way or another(whether its tax or licensing) for the right to smoke weed, something that should be my free choice is controlled by hilter wannabe's , the people making the laws have no clue, they should go back to their 3 martini lunches and lining their pockets with tax/blood money.
Also, I thought you were allowed 12 plants in cali, 6 in veg and 6 producing with a 12 zip limit, in comparison colorado amendment 20 allows 6 per carded patient, 3 in veg and 3 producing with a 2 zip limit.

we are allowed to have 12 immature plants, or 6 mature, and 1/2 lb limit, 8 oz.
