In Colorado is it legal to accept donations while giving away cannabis ?

In Oregon selling weed is illegal but yet it's legal for caretakers to give medicine to patients and to accept donations to cover the costs of growing the plants. It sounds like this might be legal in Colorado now even for non-mmj-cardholders. Anyone know ?

If so we might start seeing a ton of posts on denver.craigslist.org offering to give away meds to non-cardholders with a suggested donation amount included in the post. Hopefully that's legal.

Everyone I know in Colorado is being pricks about shit already. In fact some "caregivers" that I know who would mail me something before are saying they won't even sell to me even if I come get it right now since they are not breaking the rules...

Colorado CL has been flooded with MMJ adds for years now. HB-1084 made it so we could not sell to anyone besides out patients without it being illegal, so all adds asking for donations are still illegal. In fact in the show "American Weed" it showed cops buying from growers off of cl, then following them home, getting a warrant and searching their house.
Amendment 64 (regulate cannabis like alcohol) says you can give up to an oz to any person over 21 without renumeration. So you can't ask for donations for that either, but you can sell them a CD for $200 and give them an oz......
We in Colorado are being pricks atm but give it another month when the possesion and culitvation laws go into place and it will be a much more open place.....
