In Oregon selling weed is illegal but yet it's legal for caretakers to give medicine to patients and to accept donations to cover the costs of growing the plants. It sounds like this might be legal in Colorado now even for non-mmj-cardholders. Anyone know ?
If so we might start seeing a ton of posts on denver.craigslist.org offering to give away meds to non-cardholders with a suggested donation amount included in the post. Hopefully that's legal.
I've read multiple news stories reporting that "giving away" marijuana will be legal under prop 64:

"Although the passing of Amendment 64 will make it legal immediately for Colorado adults to possess, grow, consume and give away marijuana, it could take almost a year before pot is sold in stores, the Colorado Independent reports"
